Bamboo bikes have exceptional durability and toughness and the craftsmanship and attention to detail gives them unparalleled stability, all of our bikes are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing or assembly defects and failures related to the nature of the bamboo by replacing or repairing the piece.

Velo Otate will contact you 6 months after your purchase for a mechanical follow-up of your bike. Customers will be contacted at will of the same by the means of their choice, either by mail, telephone or email.

Warranty clauses

  • 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the Velo Otate frame from the date of purchase recorded on the invoice. This warranty covers manufacturing or assembly defects, failures related to the nature of the bamboo, for example, cracks or cracks caused by the natural dehydration of the material, concluding in the replacement of the part, repair of the part or replacement of the frame. 
  • Verification of the cause of any defect / damage to the frame will be subject to a study by Velo Otate, who will determine if the damage is subject to warranty. If the warranty is applied, the damage will be compensated, either by replacing the part, repairing the part or replacing the Velo Otate frame. 
  • Velo Otate is not responsible for the failure of any component other than the malfunction of the assembly, problems caused by incompatibility with other bicycle parts and / or damage due to alteration of the original product. Velo Otate is not responsible for any damage caused by the improper use of the product. The bikes are intended to be used for city cycling. Velo Otate is not responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages caused by the use of the bicycle, this being the responsibility of the owner. Velo Otate is not responsible for the total or partial payment, of those products sold that have been lost or stolen in whole or in part, during the loading, transfer or unloading of the same by a third party during the service to the buyer. . There are 6 months of follow-up of the mechanics, but the guarantee of the components rests with the manufacturers.
  • The return of personalized bikes is not accepted, as they are a unique product. 
  • When purchasing the Velo Otate bicycle, the customer accepts the terms and conditions described in this guarantee.
